I got a quote on 03/07/12 and placed my order for pick up of car and paid in full. The date came and no one from the company did. When I called I was told a truck was in the area and I would be getting a call soon ( well I'm still waiting). As the contract says you must cancel in writing and I did on 04/04/12. I got an auto reply saying that the office was closed because of a flood, and they have no access to there phones. Well if you can sent up an auto reply you can have your phone system moved. I'm still waiting for my money and when you call them no one still answers. Please do not use unless you do not need your car or money. I contacted the attorney general of calif. and the BBB that they are not a member.
